
The pancakes in the picture are topped with @Barney Butter and Sugar Free Maple Syrup. YUM. Here is how I made them:
Ingredients:
1/2 cup Muscleegg egg whites
1 scoop Myofusion Banana protein powder
1 tsp baking powder
2 packet Splenda
1 1/2 tbsp water (until mixes well, you want it kind of thick)
Nuts of your choice. I used 1oz pecans.
Spray pan with non stick spray (I used non stick butter flavored Pam). Stir, wisk or blend all ingrediants together and pour until cooked. The exact recipe above makes 3, 6″ diameter pancakes as pictured below
