Ingredients:
2 slices lo carb bread (Chompies or Ezekiel both work well)
2 TBSP almond or peanut butter
½ banana (sliced about ¼ – ½ inch thick)
Wisk together these ingredients in a shallow bowl:
3/4 cup Muscleegg egg whites
¼ teaspoon vanilla
¼ teaspoon cinnamon
Dash of almond or coconut milk
Using a skillet, either use Pam or 1 TBSP coconut oil to heat up in pan
Dip each piece of bread in the egg mixture and soak/coat well so that it absorbs the mixture well
Add the bread to the pan, brown both sides
Once both sides are nice and toasty, add almond/peanut butter
Add sliced bananas
Push down with spatula for a little bit of extra grilling
