No Carb Banana Perfection Protein Waffle

The Banana Perfection waffle is a high protein no carb waffle. In the picture, the waffle is topped with Crunchy Barney Butter. This recipe will make 1 whole waffle ( in the picture, the full waffle is folded in half).

Ingredients:

3 egg whites
1 HEAPING scoop Devotion Nutrition Angel Food Cake  protein powder
1 packet Devotion Nutrition Bananas Foster Flex Flavor
1 tsp baking powder
2 packet Splenda (or sweetener of your choice)
1 1/2 tbsp water(until mixes well, you want it kind of thick)
  1. Heat waffle iron to medium setting.
  2. Spray waffle iron REALLY WELL with non stick spray (I used non stick butter flavored Pam). If you don’t spray the waffle iron well, this protein type WILL stick to the pan. No bueno!
  3. Stir or wisk all ingredients together until combined (and thick).
  4. Pour mixture directly into the middle of the iron and allow it to fill to edges of the waffle iron.

Top with Almond Butter, Peanut Butter or Syrup. YUMMY!!
