
Let’s face it, moms. There are going to be days when you don’t want to got to the gym. Days where all you want to do is hang out with your kids, play and enjoy the childhood moments that they are living. My daughters love to go to the park…and I love to train. We meet in the middle and do it as a family at the park! Here is a little snipet of my park workout with my girls. The video can be found here.
Squats while pushing a weighted tire
Plyometrics (Jump squats)
Speed and agility drills
Walkout pushups
I repeat the entire circuit 3-4 times depending on how much time the girls want to spend on each play structure at the park. Other than that, there are always work arounds in the park for additional cardio!
