
What you need:
You will need a silver dollar pancake griddle like the one HERE.
Ingredients:
For Whoopie Pie:
- 1/3 cup Muscle Egg, Egg Whites Cake Batter Flavor
- 1 scoop Devotion Nutrition Brownie Batter Protein
- 1 tsp baking powder
For Whoopie Pie Filling:
- 2 TBSP Almond Butter
- 1 TSP Cinnamon Roll Protein
- 1 Splenda
For Faux Churro Topping:
- 1/4 cup Truvia
- 1 TBSP Cinnamon
Directions:
For Filling:
- Combine all ingredinets together
- Let filling sit to thicken while you make Whoopie Pie
For Whoopie Pie:
- Mix all ingredients together
- Let stand for 2 minutes to thicken up a tiny bit
- Pour into (well sprayed with Pam) Silver dollar pancakes griddle
- Remove from griddle and set aside to cool
Assembly:
- Combine two whoopie pies together and OVERFILL them with the filling mixture.
- Make sure the filling is thick and full sandwiched between the top and bottom of the Whoopie Pie pieces.
- Dip the edges in the Faux Churro Mix so that it is covering the filling on all surrounding edges.
