
**Competition Friendly by omitting the SF/FF Pudding Mix and matching macros on All Natural PB/Walnuts
1/3 Cup Oatmeal (but tastier with 1/4 cup Coach’s Oats)
1 Scoop Banana Protein
1 TBSP SF/FF Banana Cream Pudding Mix
1 TBSP Peanut Butter
1/4 banana (sliced)
1 TSP Cinnamon/Truvia mix
couple walnuts (if you want)
Make Oatmeal according to directions but add 1 TBSP SF/FF Banana Cream Pudding mix . WHILE WARM, mix in 1 TBSP Peanut Butter. Heat back up for another 15 seconds or so. Top with banana slices and walnuts, then drizzle Cinnamon/Truvia mix. AMAZING!!
